RISE IN POACHING OF ENDANGERED SPECIES- NEPAL



Poaching of endangered species like snow leopard, deer, musk deer, wild boar, pheasants, and yak is on rise in Langtang National Park, central Nepal which has resulted in decline in population of these species. Additionally, the locals are also indulging in poaching in order to protect their crops and other products.
