Bhutan has legally reduced
10 percent consumption of ozone depleting substance according to National
Environment Commission officials. Through HCFC (hydrochloroflurocarbons) phase
out management plan Bhutan has committed to phase out HCFCs by January 1, 2025
and progress for zero consumption.
