Museum on Tibetan agriculture and medicine has commenced in Tibet,
Southwest China which will provide a new platform to display the farming
culture in Tibet. The museum is divided
into three pavilions including farming culture, Tibetan medicine and Tibetan
specialties in a national modern agriculture demonstration area. With a total
investment of 1.76 million US dollars, the museum displays various traditional
Tibetan farming instruments and nearly 200 kinds of Tibetan medicine from over
the 300 kinds it has collected.
