Locals of Lul, Kashi village, eastern Bhutan are back to their houses
after completing 7.5 km farm road to their own initiative. Lul
is the least populated and most remote village comprising only eight
households. They started producing large scale agriculture product after Bhutan
Development Bank provided a loan. To maintain the farm road, villagers of that
area, also has also collected fees from vehicles which can be used for the
construction of drainage facilities.
