Convention on Biological Diversity and the GBIF Secretariat

As part of the ongoing cooperation between the secretariats of the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF), here are three calls for proposals and nomination from the GBIF Secretariat:

i.              GBIF Capacity Enhancement Support Programme (deadline 26 May 2014);

ii.             Ebbe Nielsen Prize 2014 (deadline 31 May 2014); and

iii.            GBIF Young Researchers Award (deadline 31 May 2014).

The GBIF Secretariat invites countries, organizations and economies currently participating in GBIF through signature of the MOU (see list at: http://www.gbif.org/participation/list) to apply for the above listed opportunities to enhance the valued activities in biodiversity informatics.
