ZERO POACHING YEAR ENDS FOR THE RHINO- NEPAL

One of the rare species of Nepal, one–horned rhino was found dead in Chitwan National Park, central Nepal, only a few weeks after marking second consecutive ‘Zero Poaching Year’. According to the CPN officials, the smugglers used a sharp weapon to sever the horn, meanwhile a bullet was found between the eyes and ears of the rhino during autopsy.
