FISHERMEN'S OCCUPATION AT RISK- NEPAL

In Bhairahawa, the traditional occupation of fishermen is at risk. The rampant practice of poisoning and electrocuting fish caused the elimination of fishes from many local rivers. Local fishermen are finding it difficult to make a living.
