THE WHISTLEBLOWERS – FOR A CLEAN SHIMLA- INDIA

In an effort to keep the city clean, Shimla Municipal Corporation have hired a group of people known as wardens and their job is to blow the whistle when pedestrians are found to litter the streets. Largely, tourists visiting the area are the one mainly responsible for open disposal of waste. Those found littering will be issued warning at first instance and for the repeated mistakes, fine will be imposed.
