REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced university degree in environmental
science, natural resources science, engineering or agricultural sciences with a focus on water related issues

Ten years of relevant experience in agriculture, with a focus on water
issues in one or more of relevant key areas, including irrigation,
Integrated Water Resources Management, water governance, multiple uses
of water for food production, climate change, institutional
collaboration and partnerships and experience at international level and
with developing countries
