Cleaning of
streams and rivers has started on 6 February in Thimpu, central Bhutan by Clean
Bhutan project which has involved about 300 volunteers including 20 project
staff. The main theme of the project is to save rivers from becoming a dump
yard; clean trekking routes; and have zero waste towns.
