ILLEGAL HERB COLLECTION- NEPAL

Illegal collection of herbs is rampant at different public forest in Bajura district, western Nepal due to rise in the number of individuals and groups without licenses collecting herbs. According to the herb experts the illegal and unmanaged herb collection will cause revenue loss and endanger the precious herbs of the country due to unscientific harvesting.
