Lhasa’s air remained to be the best in the world for first 10 months of
2013 but the Increase in number of cars by 200 a day is creating new challenges
in the city. Thus the local authorities
have come up with plenty of ways such as intelligent traffic management
including automatic traffic lights to remedy the situation.
