A total of 119 hectares of forestland belonging
to the Krishnasar Conservation Area in Bardiya district, western Nepal, has
been encroached increasing the risk to the survival of Black Bucks in the area.
Around 100 black bucks have already died in the past five months due to the
lack of proper conservation.
