Three endangered species of
vultures (White-rumped Vulture, Indian Vulture and Slender-billed Vulture) have
been spotted by a team of researchers at the Dying Ering Wildlife Sanctuary in
East Siang district in Arunachal Pradesh. Efficient management of the Sanctuary
is necessary to conserve and protect vultures surviving in the sanctuary and
increase the vulture population.
