Summit in Warsaw, Poland ranked Nepal to 28th
position in a global climate risk index, which is based upon the extreme weather events that the countries had
suffered in 2012. Haiti was ranked to be the first due to the severe damage of
Hurricane Sandy last year, followed by Philippines.
