HIMALAYAN BIRDS FACE CLIMATE THREATS- NEPAL



A new study has shown the likely decline of the bird species in Eastern Himalayan region due to climate change. The species such as Comb Duck, Pale-headed woodpecker, White-hooded babbler, Tibetan & Himalayan Snow Cock, Velvet-fronted Nuthatch are likely to be impacted more with the changing climatic patterns.
