MERCURY FALLS BELOW ZERO IN KATHMANDU FOR FIRST TIME IN FIVE YEARS- NEPAL

The minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley continued to slide down recording -0.2 degree on Monday the 07th of January 2013. This being the lowest recorded in half a decade, metrological officials said.
