The Earth Summit 2012 is fast approaching and the Canadian government has to announce if it will include youth and NGO delegates among its official Canadian delegation. Including citizen representatives on the official Canadian delegation made us a leader on the international stage at the Earth Summit of 1992. It's time to honor that tradition.
