ENCOURAGEMENT TO LOCAL FARMERS- NEPAL
Farmers in Krishnapur, Kanchanpur district, western Nepal now do
not have to depend on rainwater only for irrigation and drinking purpose. A
hotel 'Hotel Eat n Park' commenced about six months ago in the area has been
providing free water by digging a 350 foot deep boring with the investment of
NPR 450,000. The boring posses 24 hour supply of water and irrigate more than 24
ha of land.
