RARE SPECIES SPOTTED AND RESCUED- NEPAL



An endangered species blue bull (Boselaphus tragocamelus) was spotted in Pashupatinagar, northern belt of Mahottari district, southern eastern Nepal. It was reported to be grazing at the bank of Ratu River near human settlement with a herd of cattle.  Meanwhile, a female musk deer was rescued from airport area of Manang district, western Nepal. It was found injured due to the attack by the dog on airport runway. After its treatment it was left at the local forest.
