Locals of Taizhao Village, Tibet,
southern China have managed to work out with unemployment by processing Pulu
(Tibetan wool). Local cooperatives have been established by raising the funds
of around USD 161,398. It produces Pulu dress in Tibetan style and handicrafts
thus, generating income and promoting local tourism.
