ENERGY CRISIS IN RAWALPINDI- PAKISTAN
People of
Rawalpindi in northern Pakistan are suffering from energy crisis once again due
to the dip in temperature. People who can afford liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
gas are bound to buy at high price and those who cannot are compelled to use
firewood and coal leading to greenhouse gas emission. At present, local people are
expecting some support from government to solve this issue.
