FUNGAL INFECTION ADD WOES TO THE ORANGE GROWERS- Bhutan



Orange orchards in Denchukha of Samtse Dzongkhag in south-west Bhutan are dying out due to fungal infection. The disease has led to significant decrease in production of oranges which is one of the main cash crops of the village. Farmers used chemicals provided by Geowg agriculture extension office for their rescue but to no avail.
