TIBET PLANS AFFORESTATION OF 69,000 HECTARES- CHINA
This year, Tibet plans to increase its
forest cover by afforesting 67,867 hectares of land. The plan is to win over
1.5 billion Yuan forestry project funds, increase income of farmers and
herdsmen by 900 million Yuan, and realize 1.1 billion Yuan of forestry output
value.
