The death toll from second strong magnitude 6.8
quake on Tuesday afternoon has reached 136. Similarly around 3,135 have been
injured. Total number of casualties from the April 25 earthquake and its
aftershocks has reached 8,604. The number of injured is reported to be 16,808.
A total of 756,266 houses have been completely or partially destroyed in
Sindhupalchowk, Kathmandu, Nuwakot, Dhading, Rasuwa, Gorkha, Bhaktapur, Dolakha
including many districts.
