FINALLY!!! The Stakeholder Engagement Strategy was just agreed at IPBES-3.
It’s been a very hard birth. Talks were really close to fail yesterday
and it wasn’t easy at all to overcome several obstacles. But eventually
all countries were able to agree on a compromise text which lays out a
plan for the establishment of a network for stakeholder engagement in
IPBES, partly inspired by GYBN!
