Yeti Airlines has planted more than 3,000 saplings in
Dhangadhi, Western Nepal, as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR). This campaign which was started in 2010 has so far planted 70,000
saplings in many districts of Far Western Region. Yeti has a policy to plant a
tree sapling for every passenger and is planting 30,000 more saplings this
year. To make the program happening, for each passenger, it donates Rs 20 for
one-way ticket and Rs 40 for the return ticket.
