SMUGGLERS HELD- WEST NEPAL

District Forest Office of Kailali, west Nepal, arrested three persons for possessing a rhino horn. Similarly, a Tibetan has been arrested in Kathmandu for his alleged involvement in trading rhino horns and tiger skin to Tibet. According to security sources, he was labeled as the most-wanted fugitive by Bardiya National Park authority.
