WOMEN IN CONSERVATION- NEPAL
Women have been patrolling the
forest area spread over 896 hectare in chure range of Parsa Wildlife Reserve in
Makwanpur District, central Nepal. It all started with 23 women two years ago
after rise in illegal felling of trees and poaching activity in the forest
area.
