THE BIGGEST NATURE RESERVE IN CHINA HOSTS NUMBER OF WILD SPECIES- CHINA



The restoration project in Qiangtang National Nature Reserve- spread across an area of 298,000 sq km in Northern Tibet of Nagqu and Ngari region- has successfully restored about 150,000 Tibetan Antelopes, 100,000 Kiang (wild ass) and 9000 wild yaks. The project invested about 27 million Yuan (US$4.28 million) for the protection of wild animals and their habitat.
