CYCLONE PHAILIN- NEPAL

Due to cyclone Phailin many farmers have lost their ready-to-harvest paddy in the eastern and mid-Tarai region of Nepal. Three days of incessant rainfall induced by the cyclone Phailin has damaged the ready to harvest paddy.
